I’m Cheryl, a user researcher and UX designer focused on creating experiences that are seamless, delightful, and empowering. I have experience employing a variety of methods (qualitative are my favorite!) to get to the root of users’ attitudes and behaviors in nonprofit, public sector, and startup environments. The thrill of finding the sweet spot where user needs intersect with business goals feels as rewarding as placing that last puzzle piece.
